Dry Chicken 65 Recipe

This is well known recipe in all states in india.It is nice starter for non veg lovers.Crispy and juicy chicken tempts us to eat and children also like to have  as snacks in enjoying manner.
Many people use boneless chicken to prepare this recipe.Of course we can add bone chicken  if we  like it.But  marination is very important.For getting juicy and crispy chicken we have to brine the chicken.For more spicy we can sprinkle pepper powder and garam masala before put off the flame(end of the recipe). 


For Chicken marination

chicken boneless 250 grs
oil for deep fry
pepper powder 1 spoon
red chilli paste 1 spoon
salt to taste
garam masala 1 spoon
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
corn flour 2 spoons
rice flour 1 spoon
egg 1
coriander leaves few
curry leaves few
lemon juice 1/2 spoon


oil 2 spoons
garlic cloves 4
green chillies 4
sugar 1/4 spoon
turmeric pinch
salt to taste
red chilli sauce 1 spoon
cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
curry leaves few
coriander leaves few
yogurt  1/2 cup


Wash the chicken pieces with plenty of water.
Wash coriander leaves and curry leaves and cut them into small pieces.

Making Red chilli paste.

Take some dry red chillies(around 6) and soak in the water(1/2 cup) for 15 to 20 minutes and make a fine paste.That is red chilli paste.Take dark red colour dry chillies for making paste.It gives good colour to the recipe without adding food colour.

Take a big mixing bowl .Add chicken pieces,salt,pepper powder,red chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves pieces,coriander leaves,lemon juice and garam masala. Mix all well.
Beat the egg and add this one also to chicken pieces mixture and mix all well.
Keep it in the fridge and rest it at least for 1 to 2 hours.
Over night marination gives rich taste to the recipe.
After that add corn flour and rice flour and to this marinated mixture and mix until it covers the chicken pieces.
Take another mixing bowl.Add yogurt and beat well.Then add red chilli powder or red chilli sauce and pinch of salt and turmeric,sugar and mix well.Keep it aside.Prepare this after frying the chicken pieces and making the recipe.
Do not need to marinate this mixture.


  • Take a pan and put on the flame.Add oil when pan is heated.
  • Drop marinated chicken pieces one by one to the heating oil.
  • Do not add more pieces at a time.That may be stick with one another.
  • Put the flame in medium.
  • Fry the pieces till they become to dark red colour.
  • Remove from the oil.
  • Do all remaining chicken pieces like this.
  • Take a pan and add 2 spoon of oil and heat it.
  • When oil is heated add cumin seeds and fry till they started to spluter.
  • Add  finely chopped garlic cloves and curry leaves.
  • Fry until garlic pieces gives the nice aroma.
  • Add yogurt mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add fried chicken pieces and toss it.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • finally add finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Famous indo chinese recipe chicken 65 is ready to taste.....Enjoy!

Keep in the mind

 Add vinegar in the place of yogurt.
Sweet and creamy yogurt is preferable.
We can add cashew nuts also.
Fried cashew nuts enhance the taste of the recipe.
Do not put the flame in sim when chicken pieces are frying.chicken pieces may be absorb excess of oil.

Dry Chilli Chicken Recipe

Chilli Chicken is one of the famous and delicious non veg Indo chinese recipes.In india  many people,especially children like to have it.It is different from other non veg recipes taste and more spicy with out adding any masala powder.  Chilli sauce and soya sauce is used for spiciness.Deep fry may be changes to chicken crispy and lost its moisture.For getting juicy and tender chicken pieces brine the chicken.For this add  chicken pieces in salt adding water and keep it in the fridge for over night or at least for 2 hours.



chicken boneless 200 grs
red chilli sauce 1 spoon
soya sauce 1 spoon
pepper powder 1 spoon
red chilli powder 1 spoon
salt  to taste
corn flour 2 spoons
egg 1
oil for deep fry

onion 1
capsicum 1
garlic 10 cloves
green chillies 10
spring onions 1
ginger 1 inch
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
chilli saluce 1 spoon
soya sauce 1/2 spoon
vinegar 1 spoon
sugar 1/2 spoon
pepper powder 1/2 spoon
azinamotto pinch


Take  chicken breast pieces and cut into bite size pieces .
Wash with water 2 -4 times.
beat  egg in a bowl.
Then Take a bowl and add corn flour,red chilli sauce,soya sauce,pepper powder,some salt and beaten egg mixture and mix all well.Then add chicken pieces and mix.
Keep to marinate for atleast 2 hours .
Wash all veggeis and cut them into medium size pieces.
Chop ginger and garlic finely.


  • Take a pan and put on the flame and add oil for deep fry.
  • When oil is heated add chicken pieces one by one.
  • Put the flame in medium or low.
  • Flip up the pieces when  once side fried well.
  • When chicken pieces become light yellow colour then remove from the oil.
  • Do not over fry the pieces
  • Fry the chicken pieces 5 to 8 minutes..Other wise chicken pieces become so crispy and hard.
  • Place the pieces in a bowl or paper napkin.
  • Do remaining pieces also like this.
  • Take a pan and put on the flame.
  • Add 2 spoons of oil and heat it.
  • When oil is heated add finely chopped ginger and garlic pieces and saute.
  • Add chopped onion,green chilli pieces and capsicum pieces and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add pepper powder,salt,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,sugar,azanamoto and vinegar and saute for 3 to 4 mintues.
  • Add spring onion pieces and toss the pan.
  • Then add fried chicken pieces and toss it.
  • Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Taste the  recipe if salt is enough or not.
  • If not add more salt.
  • Spicy and tasty chilli chicken is ready to eat with any fried rice varities. 
  • We can eat this as snacks also.

Keep in the mind

Adding azanomoto is optional.
Be careful adding the salt.Not much salt is require for this recipe.

KFC Type Fried Chicken Preparation

This name is very famous for every one who loves non veg recipes. Kfc fried chicken is crunchy in out side and juicy in inside.Marination is very important for get best taste like restaurant style.It is not instant preparing recipe because marination can take much time.So we have to wait for some time for having crunchy chicken fry....Oats or corn flakes can add to the flours.Dry bread crumbs is need to make crispy fry. we cut  Chicken leg pieces or medium size pieces ...


chicken 250 grs
oil for deep fry
salt to taste
pepper powder 1 spoon
turmeric  pinch
corn flour 2 spoons
maida 1 cup
oats 5 spoons
garam masala 1 spoon
red chilli powder 1 spoon
egg 1
coriander powder 1/2 spoon
cumin powder 1/4 spoon
bread crumbs powder 1 cup
curd 1 cup


  • Wash chicken pieces and put this chicken pieces in a bowl.
  • Add some water that fully dipped the chicken pieces and some salt(1/2 spoon)
  • Keep this bowl in a fridge for 4 hours.
  • After that drain the water completely and add this chicken pieces in a big mixing bowl.
  • Add salt,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,garam masala,curd, and coriander powder and mix all well.
  • Then keep to marinate this chicken pieces for 2hour.
  • For best result keep this   marinate chicken in the fridge for overnight.
  • Take a bowl and beat egg and add some water( 5 spoons )or 5 spoons of milk and mix well.add pinch of salt and mix well.
  • Take another bowl and add  maida, corn flour,salt,red chili power,oats,cumin powder,pepper powder and bread crumbs  and mix all well.
  • Dump the chicken pieces in this bread crumbs mixture and put these pieces in a plate.


  • Take a pan put on the flame.
  • Add oil for deep fry when pan is heated.
  • When oil is heated put the flame in low and add dumped chicken pieces to the oil and fry for 5 to 6 minutes in low or  medium flame.
  • After that remove the chicken pieces from the oil.
  • Keep to cool them.
  • After that dip this chicken pieces in beaten egg mixture.
  • Dip this chicken pieces in bread crumbs mixture once again.
  • Place this pieces to the oil and fry again.
  • This will gives the crispyness to the chicken pieces.
  • Fry until chicken pieces become nice golden colour and remove from the oil and put on the paper napkin for absorb excess of oil.
  • Tasty KFC chicken is ready to eat.....

Keep in the mind

Marination is most important for juicy and crispy chicken fry...
Medium size chicken pieces or leg pieces can take for fry.
Adding masala powder quantity is depend upon your taste...
More salt is not require to this fry.

Chicken Egg Fried Rice Preparation

 This is very famous and children's favourite indo chinese recipe.Now a days not only children , every one like to eat this type of fried rice recipes.We can add boiled chicken or fried chicken.Better to cut chicken into small pieces.Boneless and breast pieces are better to make this fried rice.We can add any vegetables what you like and no need to boil completely.Semi cooked veggie are gives good taste.


basmati rice 250 grs
oil for deep fry
onion 1
carrot 1
capsicum 1
chicken (bone less) 100 grs
soya sauce 1spoon
vinegar 1/2 spoon
green chilli sauce 1 spoon
ajanamoto pinch
salt to tast
pepper powder to taste
ginger garlic paste 1/2 spoon
egg 1
corn flour 2 spoons


Wash chicken very well and cut into small pieces.
Marinate the chicken adding salt,pepper powder,corn flour and egg and mix all well.
Marinate this chicken for 30 minutes.
Wash remaining veggies and cut into small pieces.
Make ginger garlic paste.
Cook the rice and keep aside to cool.
Do not cook the rice over.Cook only 80 percent(not grainy).Not sticky
Left over rice is better.


Take a pan and put on the flame.
 when pan is heated Add oil for deep fry.
Add marinated chicken pieces to heated oil and fry for some time.
Fry the pieces in low or medium flame.
Remove the chicken pieces from the oil when they fried well.
Take a thick bottom vessel or pan and put on the flame.
Add 2 spoons of oil and heat it.
When oil is heated add giger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
Then add onion pieces and saute it.
Then add finely chopped carrot and capsicum pieces and fry for some time.
Do not need to fry for long time.Only saute for 2 minutes.
Then add beaten egg and leave it for 30 seconds and then mix with veggies and saute for 1 minute.
Then add fried chicken pieces .
Add soya sauce,green chilli sauce,pepper powder and salt to taste.
Finally add cooked rice and mix all well.
Add vinegar and taste the recipe.
If salt is not enough add some more salt .
Finally add spring onion pieces(optional)...
Tasty chicken fried rice is ready to eat with tomato sauce or any  kurma......

Keep in the mind

We can use basmati rice or normal rice to prepare this recipe.
Take veggies ,what you like...
Take finely chopped ginger and garlic pieces in the place of ginger garlic paste.
Left over rice is best for to make this recipe.
Add cool and non sticky rice only.
Adding ajanamoto is optional.

Andhra Natu kodi Kurma(Chicken Kurma)

In Andhra Mutton biryani and Natu kodi kurma are the well known combinations and people  like to prepare these two varities on  Kanuma festival(next day of sankranthi).Eating this kurma with garelu(vada) also yummy...and my mouth is getting watery even  I am writing these sentences and  think about this combination .Every food lovers should taste this kurma.But one day you should forget your diet and weight loss or low calorie foods.Next day you can continue with your low calorie diet and work out hardly.Do not miss this recipe to taste.Use pressure pan to prepare this kurma to cook natukodi pieces very smooth.Buy  the  Natu kodi which one has 3/4 or 1 1/4 kg(below 1 1/2 kg chicken)  weight only.That chicken is in tender age and pieces are so tasty and  cook smoothly.

onion 1
green chillies 5
oil 3 spoons
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
turmeric 1/4 spoon
salt to taste
red chilli powder 2 spoons
curd 4 spoons
lemon 1
cloves 5
elachi 1
cinnamon inch piece
coriander seeds 1/2 spoon
poppy seeds 1 spoon
cashew nuts 10
coriander leaves few
coconut milk 2 cups


Clean the natukodi pieces. This is not normal chicken which is having pieces very smooth and flush. Natu kodi has flush with bone and not in impressive colour. Some people buy this pieces with out proper cleaning. So wash 4 to 6 times with plenty of water .
completely drain the water from chicken pieces.Then marinate them.

Natukodi pieces marination : 

 Take a big mixing bowl and add Natu kodi pieces.Then add turmeric ,red chillie powder,salt,curd,lemon juice and ginger garlic paste to chicken pieces and mix all very well.keep for 30 minutes.
Wash onions,green chillies,mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Cut onions  into small  pieces(finely chopped).
Split the green chillies into 2 pieces.
Wash mint leaves.keep  aside.
Cut coriander leaves into small pieces and keep aside.
Make ginger garlic paste.
Take a mixie jar or blender and add cloves,elachi,coriander,poppy seeds in it and make fine powder.then add cashew nuts and make powder.We should  grind until poppy seeds to became fine powder.Add some water and make fine paste of garam masala.
Prepare coconut milk.


1.Take a pressure pan or thickened bottom vessel.Put on the flame.Add oil when pressure pan is heated.
2.After heating the oil add finely chopped onion and green chillies.
3.Fry the onion pieces until they turn into light golden colour. 
4. Then add mint leaves(optional) and fry for 2 minutes.
5.Add marinated natu kodi pieces and stir well.keep the lid and cook for some time.
6.After some time the curry became watery even not adding water to the curry.that  water is coming out from the chicken pieces.this water is having some we should cook the chicken until this water is completely evaporated.
7.when  water  in the curry  completly evaporated,add grinded masala paste.Mix masala paste to apply the chicken pieces. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add coconut milk and cook for 4 to 6 whistles.Once the pressure  subsides,open  the cooker  and stir the kurma and taste it salt is enough or not.
8.If not add some salt.If kurma is so watery put the flame medium and stir now and then till curry consistency become just soupy.
9.finally add coriander leaves.put off the flame.
10.This andhra special natukodi kurma.enjoy to eat with steam rice or chapati or biryani...

Keep in the mind

Use pressure cooker only to prepare any natukodi curries because Natukodi is not easy to cook to become tender.It will take lot of time to cook with open pan.If using pressure pan we can cook with in 1 hour and natukodi pieces become very smooth just like normal chicken.
Adding mint leaves is optional.Without this also there is no difference in the curry taste.If you think coconut  milk gives high calorie then you can  add water instead of coconut milk.But adding coconut  milk gives extra taste to the curry.Children also like to eat this type of preparation.
